How I differ from the rest

Traditional consultants in the recruiting field have left a legacy of candidate confusion and layers of ‘head hunter’ stigmas that require exemplary, personalized attention to break through.

This service was born out of one professional's realization that encompassing the candidate’s personal needs and their desire to become more than just an entry, would require a wealth of dedication and various personalized services for each candidate’s individual requirements.

Cher Wada Koenig
, a former top recruiter of a national recruiting firm, engineered a new service that not only caters to the business side of the individual but to the personal side as well.

*Warning: Do not pay recruiters to submit your resume to companies; as recruiters are already compensated by the companies when you are hired.

Resume help

Contact me directly for personal resume help. I will help you re-write your resume to gain maximum visibility.

  • Keep your resume 1 – 2 pages long (any longer and hiring managers start skimming, possibly missing crucial information about you)
  • Make sure there are no gaps in work history (if you had a period of time in which you were not employed, consider adding applicable training courses, or volunteer work, or large family projects to fill in the gaps)
  • Explain short terms of employment (job hoppers need not apply, is the thought behind most companies- try adding ‘recruited from’, or 'contract', 'temporary' work, etc.- and remember employers will check, so be accurate)
  • Use spell check! (spelling and grammatical errors will probably get your resume tossed)
  • Consider using a reputable resume service to help you build and distribute the most effective resume
  • Don’t plaster your resume all over the job boards (reputable companies won’t always consider candidates that have thrown their resume everywhere hoping it would stick to something- consider the hiring manager's perspective; “why did they have to do that, is there something wrong with this candidate?”)
  • Don’t work with recruiting agencies that don’t consider your confidentiality as high as their clients'
